Motorola Fire XT is an Android phone with 3.5 inch touch screen with a resolution HVGA and is based on the same core but with Motorola Fire faster performing the Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset with 800MHz core speed, use 200 Adreno graphics and 512MB RAM.  Motorola Fire XT is also equipped camera with auto focus and a 5 megapixel sensor.

Other features of Motorola Fire XT include GPS and Navigation Google Maps, WiFi, 3.5G support, Bluetooth and access to the Android Market. There is a relatively large 1540mAh battery in Fire XT, which can provide up to 8 hours of talk time and 28 days of standby time on 3G.
